RED WINE
When to Drink: At dinner

MILK
When to Drink: Before Bed
Grab milk-your skeleton will love the calcium, and your muscles will love the protein. You'll wake up even stronger.

In this country milk is a good food gone bad. Pasteurization and homogenization literally destroy the quality of milk and make it a negative food. That is not even including the hormones and antibiotics contained in much of our milk. Good milk (raw milk) is outlawed in almost the whole country not because it is unhealthy or risky to drink but because the government loses control of the revenue. It takes a big dairy to afford the cost of the machinery to turn wholesome milk into garbage. The small dairy farmer can't pay that cost so government has run the small dairies out of business.
