A Sacramento family was torn apart after a 5-month-old baby boy was taken from his parents following a visit to the doctor.
The young couple thought their problems were behind them after their son had a scare at the hospital, but once they got home their problems got even worse.
It all began nearly two weeks ago, when Anna Nikolayev and her husband Alex took their 5-month-old boy Sammy to Sutter Memorial Hospital to be treated for flu symptoms, but they didn't like the care Sammy was getting.
For example, one day Anna asked why a nurse was giving her son antibiotics.
"I asked her, for what is that? And she's like, 'I don't know.' I'm like, 'you're working as a nurse, and you don't even know what to give to my baby for what,'" Anna explained.
According to Anna, a doctor later said Sammy shouldn't have been on the antibiotics.
Anna said Sammy suffers from a heart murmur and had been seeing a doctor at Sutter for regular treatment since he was born. After Sammy was treated for flu symptoms last week, doctors at Sutter admitted him to the pediatric ICU to monitor his condition. After a few days, Anna said doctors began talking about heart surgery.
"If we got the one mistake after another, I don't want to have my baby have surgery in the hospital where I don't feel safe," Anna said.
Anna argued with doctors about getting a second opinion. Without a proper discharge, she finally took Sammy out of the hospital to get a second opinion at Kaiser Permanente.
"The police showed up there. They saw that the baby was fine," Anna said. "They told us that Sutter was telling them so much bad stuff that they thought that this baby is dying on our arms."
Medical records from the doctor treating Sammy at Kaiser Permanente said the baby as clinically safe to go home with his parents. The doctor added, "I do not have concern for the safety of the child at home with his parents."
"So police saw the report from the doctors, said, 'okay guys, you have a good day,' and they walked away," Anna said.
Anna said the next day police and child protective services showed up on her doorstep. Alex Nikolayev said he met them outside a short time after they arrived.
"I was pushed against the building, smacked down. I said, 'am I being placed under arrest?' He smacked me down onto the ground, yelled out, 'I think I got the keys to the house,'" Alex said.
Then police let themselves inside.
On home video shot with a camera Anna set up herself, police can be seen entering her front door on Wednesday.
"I'm going to grab your baby, and don't resist, and don't fight me ok?" a Sacramento police officer said in the video.
"He's like, 'okay let your son go,' so I had to let him go, and he grabbed my arm, so I couldn't take Sammy. And they took Sammy, and they just walked away," Anna said.
When News10 spoke with police, they said talk to CPS; CPS did not say much about the case. Just before 6 p.m. Thursday, Anna said that a CPS social worker told her, the reason they took Sammy is because of severe neglect; however, the social worker didn't elaborate on that neglect.
Sutter Memorial was asked to comment on the story, but the hospital said the case was with CPS and law enforcement and they would have to comment on the case. CPS said they can't specifically comment on this case because of privacy law, but CPS spokesperson Laura McCasland said, "We conduct a risk assessment of the child's safety and rely heavily on the direction of health care providers."
"It seems like parents have no right whatsoever," Alex said.
On Thursday, Anna and Alex were allowed a one hour visitation with Sammy; he's currently in protective custody at Sutter Memorial Hospital.
"His smile, it's everything for me," Anna said. "I was so happy to see him."
Anna and Alex have a court hearing scheduled for Monday.
"We did everything," Anna said. "We went from one hospital to another. We just wanted to be safe, that he is in good hands."
This couple needs to sue the living sh*t out of a "hospital" and several "doctors".
ReplyDeleteWont do a damn thing.
DeleteThis kind of BS will NOT stop until citizen's arrests start being made, or people start going hunting for these infidels, and hold them, until justice is served the way it should be served.
Taking them to court is the equivalent of taking it to the very same people that ordered/condoned the kidnapping of that child.
LK
DeleteWow fking hospitals, parents should start to ask those questions on that type of care because even if they say its for a better health, which is obviously not true, flu shots are given to give them the sickness and so on, but yeah... don't let your children get flu shots- especially at a young age.
DeleteAnother good reason to own guns.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree. In addition, social services have to be held responsible for their acts.
DeleteIt will do no good suing! Doctors & Judges are 99% chosenite, & the goy has no chance!
DeleteJust pick up a baseball bat & have a robust conversation with the Doctor!
No it's not! That's the last thing they want is bullets flying around and innocent people, or a baby getting shot or killed. Get mad, then get a lawyer!!!
DeleteWelcome to Amerika, land of the "free", home of the "brave"
ReplyDeleteIts more like land of the fee home of the slave
Delete....home of the slave
DeleteMy heart goes out to the parents. I hope they've got enough sense to figure out that they need to get the hell out of that stupid excuse of a country as soon as they get their son back! USA is a very dangerous place to continue to live anymore! Lord knows what those crazy monsters are injecting into that baby's tiny body while he's still in their custody! It is so very sad!
ReplyDeleteWell said.
Delete"I'm going to grab your baby, and don't resist..."
ReplyDeleteChilling. This is so sick that these baby snatching freaks can just nab your kid like that. Why is it that when a kid is actually being abused or neglected, they get left behind with their tormentor, but when a kid is with caring responsible parents who might dare ask "the authorities" for a second opinion, the baby grabbers show up. Disgusting.
The state has the right to revoke parents licenses just like it revokes drivers licenses.
ReplyDeleteBirthing and parenting new taxpayers requires licensing and approval of the state.
Nope, the state only thinks it has the "right". The privilege of the state's monopoly on the use of force is only granted by those willing to submit to it, it can be revoked at any time.
DeleteThese parents should
ReplyDeleteA/ find a good lawyer asap.
B/Press charges against the personnel at the Sutter Memorial Hospital (SMH) for apparent claims that the child is not safe with his parents as they do not approve of the potentially risky heart surgery which necessity is questionable and which delay does not present life endangering situation according to second medical opinion obtained at Keseir Permanente that testifies that the child is clinically safe to go home with his parents.
C/Present second medical opinion from Keiser Permanente to the Court
and request independent arbitrage from the Court appointed expert witness on paediotric cardiovascular /heart surgery on validity of SMH
diagnostics in light of the opposing view of the Kesier Permanente specialist.
D/In case that expert/s witness/es confirm Keser Permanente diagnostics and recommended medical approach, consult with the attorney as to the possibility of institution of appropriate financial claims against SMH for the endured stress and all other associated damages relevant to this case.
has everybody gone nuts? let the parents get sammy and get s second opinion. thats their choice. holy hanna.
ReplyDeleteKidnapping is a federal crime. Turn it loose on these self-absorbed liberals in Sacramento.
ReplyDeleteSounds like the the father needs to exercise his second amendment rights.
ReplyDeleteEveryone in that family, and their close close friends need to exercise it. I'm sure a few caring strangers would help-out.
DeleteWhy is CPS/Police allowed to do this without a court order?
ReplyDeleteThey're above the law.
DeleteBecause people LET THEM and do NOTHING afterwards except protest, and complain...and try to take them to the same court that let it happen in the first place, and think it's gonna change it.
DeleteThis is done all over this country, every day...and noone does anything except let it happen.
When there are citizen's arrests made, and or 'hunting season' starts for these people...only THEN will they be forced to change. Unfortunate that it has to be that way.
I do not condone violence, but as only a last resort. This is one of those lines that should never be crossed...so yes, I fully condone it in this instance. If they ever took my child like that, they would have to send every LE staff in the area to stop me from maiming everyone I know to be involved. I may die, but at least I wouldn't die doing NOTHING.
You are right. As long as people will let this happen, it will happen. It is the same for the other outrageous things that occur today in the Western dictatorships. We are back in the 1930's and again we are not doing anything!!!
DeleteYou have every right to put a bullet in anyone and everyone trying to take your baby. You have every right to go to that hospital and take your baby home with or without the consent of these power mad psychos. I don't see how it is legal for these people to just come in to your home and snatch your baby.
ReplyDeleteNo Comment could ever be composed after reading this. Truly our system is over the edge. Comply or Die. God Speed USA
ReplyDeleteI guess the idea we're supposed to accept is that bureaucrats and for-profit hospitals can do a better job of taking care of children than the innate wisdom that nature (or God, if you prefer) has done.
ReplyDeleteWe're also supposed to believe that chemicals produced in a pharmaceutical factory (again, for profit) are better than natural immunity aided by natural unadulterated food.
How did we get so stupid that we actually believe some of this stuff?
I hope someone is going to investigate both the
ReplyDeletehospitals and police behavior, this is unconscionable, and the hospital and police need
have a good excuse. Also, I would like to know
what the final outcome is. Is there going to be
a follow up by reporters?

The Boston Residents shouted: USA !!!, USA !!!, USA !!!, USA !!!,
ReplyDeleteIs THIS, what freedom looks like???
Keep it!!!
Truly amazing how our great nation has been taken over by a small, but powerful and self serving group. These 'people' pretend to be social activists, reformers, etc. when in complete actuality they are nothing but hard core criminals. You know of the 'people' I speak of as they pledge allegiance to 'Israel'. Patton was right; we did fight on the wrong side in WWII.
ReplyDeleteIf no one is prepared to fight for their rights by putting their life on the line then we have lost. When the police take orders from the enemy alien fifth columnists then they are no better than the criminals they serve and deserve no mercy.
this is exactly why I moved out of the US. If anyone ever tried to take my child from me I would kill them.
ReplyDeleteIs there any contact information for the family to offer support? I understand if there are some privacy issues of course. It just breaks my heart.
ReplyDeleteI tried to contact contact them. I am sure they need some financial help. There is page on facebook. Hopefully you can find some relatives.
DeleteIF YOU WANT TO EMAIL THE HOSPITAL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS ATTROCITY, the listed email on their webpage is
ReplyDeleteshssrwebmaster@sutterhealth.org with the subject line "sutter memorial hospital". They say they will direct the email to the appropriate recipients, and email you back with that specific email address
OR Call them...
Their phone number is (916) 454-3333
or the old fashioned way
address:
Sutter Memorial Hospital
5151 F Street
Sacramento, CA 95819
Let them know that you will be calling the media, your representatives, anyone to complain about what they did to this family.
Thank you for the info. I just went to their website. They have been labelled BABY FRIENDLY HOSPITAL by the unicef (purposefully without capital letter) and the world health organization. Two alphabet agencies of the onu. Agenda 21, anyone?
DeleteEveryone who reads this needs to spread these words far and wide, and do not be shy about letting the “medical profession” hear them:
ReplyDeleteYour Doctor is now an “AGENT of the STATE”. ANYTHING you tell your Doctor CAN and WILL be used against you. Furthermore, the Government is stating that Nobody is CURED or HELPED by Psychiatry OR by these drugs. These drugs do NO GOOD and DO NOTHING for you and —actually make you worse—, since your merely having taken them “convicts” you of mental illness for the REST of your life . Therefore, merely having taken them gives you a permanent “NOT GUILTY by reason of MENTAL ILLNESS” Defense.
On further reflection, this may be the biggest Class Action Lawsuit ever. DOCTORS have been blithely giving you drugs that they know not only do NOT Cure you, they give you permanent brain damage. The FDA approved them. BIG PHARMACY MADE them. The MILITARY has been feeding them to Our Troops like CANDY. Deliberate, with MALICE and FORETHOUGHT, the entire Nation being poisoned. And these sudden gun "confiscations" are the PROOF that they knew all along these "anti-depressants" were POISON, since they are using the mere taking of them as PROOF you are insane. They have provided the proof against themselves.
FDA secretly retests 100 different drugs after testing company admits its work was all fraudulent
Is it time yet? Is it time to put these thieves, con-artists, murderers, rapists, kidnappers, child abusers, and perpetrators of any other crime that can be conceived, in jail? Just because they've written on some paper that it's okay to commit these crimes, making it legal, doesn't mean that it's lawful. If prostitutes were making the laws, would prostitution be illegal?
ReplyDeleteThey can only continue to get away with it as long as we consent to them getting away with it. Once we, the lawful people, start enforcing what is TRULY law, and incarcerating (or otherwise punishing) those who would force their will on us, this will stop. We need to start at the top, with the pretender-in-chief, move downward to the 535 who are signing laws they don't even read--but are paid to sign--and then move down to the state level.
And then, when the paid-for prostitute media starts designating the law-enforcers as "homegrown terrorists," or "insurgents," we can put them out of business as well.
Is it time? How many more families are we going to allow to be torn apart, how many more of our children are we going to allow to be perverted to commit atrocities in foreign lands, how much longer are we going to allow these people to siphon the wealth of this country out of our pockets and into theirs?
Is it time?
I agree with MOST of your comment...
DeleteHowever...
"start at the top, with the pretender-in-chief..." is incorrect. The POTUS is NOT at the top, by ANY means. That seat is just a puppet-show.
The 'TOP' is too-big-to-do-anything-to corporations/bankers. And YES, I do feel that that is a VERY good start, or mission to get to.
Before ANYTHING changes in this country(and almost every other country too while we're talking about it), THAT MUST BE ADDRESSED in whatever way and means necessary.
To put it another way...
If every single politician, LE staff, etc, were to just up and resign/die/disappear at this very moment...TPTB will CONTINUE to be TPTB, if they aren't taken care of at the same time.(although it would do alot to easier get to tptb *s*)
And don't forget..they have our(and other's) military all over the globe too. The soldiers would have to collectively AWOL and Mutiny or desert, in order for it to be as peaceful as possible.
And, tptb are in position to 'order' even MORE poisoning of the water, air, land, and food.
Yes...all that from a kidnapping of a baby. It's all tied together.
No one thing is going to stop it from continuing.
And yes, it's a dire circumstance at this point..but, at the moment, we still have time to get it turned-around, or at least STARTED toward turning around. And THAT can't be completed without UNbrainwashing our children's mindset. THAT can't be done, if our children are no longer OURS.
Hell...YOU no longer belong to YOU. And no, that's not a joke.
See how it's connected?
The U.S. political system is nothing but a bank statement of a corporation...the corporation of the U.S.A., at this point. The politicians are bankers and puppets for such. Everyone underneath that are, essentially, minions and brainwashed workers.
Point well taken, I agree with you completely. Particularly the statement that the U.S. political system being nothing but a bank statement of a corporation.
DeleteThe only thing that is keeping these people in power is the fact that they have "the power of the purse." That purse was (again) handed over to the corporate system in 1913 with the establishment of the Federal Reserve. And it has been maintained by every president and Congress since that time, much to the detriment of the people of the country. Until we can stop using "money" not owned by the people of the country, "they" can use their fictitious "money" to buy armies, munitions, communications, educational "systems," medical "systems," and anything else needed to maintain their control simply by creating the "money" at the push of a button. For example, what army would continue to fight on their side if they weren't being paid?
We, the people of the united States, can only control our little section of the globe; but, if we were to wrest the control of the purse from these money-masters, and show by example the benefits of self-control of our economic system, (perhaps) the people of the other parts of the globe just how beneficial the change can be, encouraging them to do the same. We already have a living example in Iceland; they were able to turn their economy around by a)firing the corrupted politicians; and b) jailing the bankers. (Personally, I would have done it slightly differently, allowing the politicians to share cells with the bankers, but that's just me.) It worked for them; it can work for us on a much larger scale.
I think we're on the same track.
So, I ask again, is it time?
When it comes to CPS the police are only there to scare you. You do not have to comply and I wouldn't just sue the hospital I would take the police to court as well. Get a good attorney first. For a parent it is a great thing to get a second opinion. I myself have three children and you can't always believe the first thing you hear. My children have had bronchitis and just because their lungs sounded clear didn't mean they didn't have it. An x-ray proved they did.
ReplyDeleteObamacare...what do you expect? Can't afford a second opinion. This is the Village taking their child. Let big brother government help...yea!
ReplyDeleteIt appears as if mass hysteria has taken over. Authorities seem to be incapble of being rational or reasonable. They seem to have a them & us mentality. Laws seem incapable of protecting people as brute force & intimidation become more evident & normalised. We live in the North of Scotland and have twice had the authorities to our door after raising safety issues at schools. The local authority lied to the police and said our son 'wasn't seen' inspite of them knowing where he was and why he wasn't attending school. They even included the school holidays in the days they stated he 'wasn't seen' as a tactic to make it a far worse situation. In the past I was questioned with great suspiciousness over a scratch on my daughter's leg by a hospital doctor. I couln't believe it, a scratch. My daughter was attending hospital because we had taken her there after falling on the ice at the local ice rink. Again, those in authority gone mad. I seriously question that people who work in these areas are fit for their jobs if they cannot use reason & logic. It appears as if they have been so brainwashed by the system that they have become incapable of seeing the truth or behaving in a reasonable way. My advice to this couple is keep it as public as possible and shame those involved. However, we appreciate how difficult it is to do this as the media very often doesn't want to know.
ReplyDeleteU.S. Is not a safe place to live - anyone who questions the media's mainstream story lines is called a 'conspiracy theorist' - but things like this & a lot more r happening so often it is astonishing how they can keep the cover-ups going. Human rights r only for those who can afford them - the majority of Americans r slaves to a system that brainwashes them into believing they r free. It's all a lie - an illusion - it is not as blatant as in places like north koreo - it is much more slique & subtle. The police force & social services system attract bullies - they know they can get away with bullying very vulnerable people. Research has shown this to be true - & it is obvious when you see how most of the police act - they seem to very much enjoy it. Again, unless u have money, there is little you can do. I wish you luck & hope that u do get the opportunity to expose those doctors who have treated you & your child so maliciously. They have serious mental health problems & should not be working in the public domain.
ReplyDeleteThe scariest words ever spoken... "I'm from the Government, and I'm here to help you." Ronald Reagan
ReplyDeleteA well known senator stated after investigation Cps across the country, that CPS is nothing but child trafficking and child kidnapping for profit. And that it is so evil and corrupt that it can not be fixed. The damage CPS has caused to children is epic.IT HAS TO STOP and the only way to do this is for the American citizen to stand up and say ENOUGH.
ReplyDeleteI shudder at the many ways that baby was harmed while under statecare.Thank goodness the parents got the child back. How dare those police and cps worker go into that womens home and grab her child!!I am so angry over this travsesty of justice that I want to hit that cps worker. At the best I can do is send money to the parents to help with their defense so they can sue the s'' out of cps.
Thank god this child was returned to the parents and relatively quickly so not too much damage could be done
