INSTEAD OF Soda or ‘fruit’ drinks TRY 100% fruit or vegetable juice
INSTEAD OF Cupcakes and doughnuts TRY Bran or carrot muffins
INSTEAD OF Greasy fast-food burgers TRY Veggie burgers
INSTEAD OF Regular pancakes TRY buckwheat, rice flour or blue cornmeal pancakes
