Poll Reveals Something AMAZING About What Americans Think of Health Insurance…

A Rasmussen Reports poll released Monday shows most Americans are pro-choice… wait for it… when it comes to buying health care. You mean you don’t want the government deciding what’s best for you? Shocker.
From Rasmussen:
Seventy-five percent (75%) say individuals should have the right to choose between different types of health insurance including some that cost more and cover just about all medical procedures and some that cost less while covering only major medical procedures. Just 10% disagree, while slightly more (15%) are undecided.
Even more (83%) believe individuals should have the right to choose between different types of health insurance including some with high deductibles and lower premiums and others with lower deductibles and higher premiums. Only six percent (6%) oppose this kind of choice, while 10% are not sure.
Support for these choices is little changed in nearly two years of regular tracking.
Most voters (76%) also believe that employers and individuals should be allowed to buy health insurance plans across state lines, something that is not allowed under the new health care law. That’s the highest level of support measured since April.

Unfortunately, Obamacare allows for none of these benefits. Thanks Obama.

  1. You want great health care thats affordable? you want to get your auto repaired at a fair price when it is wrecked?, you want to stop ridiculous law suits on both cars and health care? Get rid of insurance, all types , simple solution. Lets take life insurance as an example, if anything else caused as much death or crime as life insurance, it would have been outlawed long ago. It is riddled with crime yet legal. Years ago long before anyone had health care were people dying in the streets and you had to step over them? Years ago, a health situation would not destroy a family to the point of going homeless, all of the problems with healthcare live outside of healthcare, and the biggest culprit is insurance. Nothing should be made mandatory by the govt.

  2. Many corporate industries have what you call obsolescence as a real part of their production practice. Think about what that means in the healthcare industry tied to our market system. There is no profit in curing or preventing disease.
