  1. In addition to broccoli any green leafy vegetable e.g. spinach, beet greens, Chinese cabbage etc. is liable to contain high levels of vitamin K.

    Anyone taking a blood thinning medication like Cumidin has to carefully watch their intake of vitamin K rich foods to make sure they don't counteract the necessary blood thinning effect of the medication.
