Lemon Juice + Olive Oil: Perfect Solution For Dissoliving Kidney Stone

Kidney stones are believed to be caused by mineral formations. They are frequently described by people as the most painful experience of their lifetimes. It is this intense pain that propels most sufferers to seek fast relief from doctors. Thereafter, drugs are prescribed that are intended to dissolve the stones, but if the stones are too large to pass, then surgery is conducted. Ironically, the surgeries can increase the risk of having further kidney stones; especially in overweight patients.
Mineral stones are the most common type of kidney stones. They can sometimes occur when people do not drink enough water, resulting in minerals and salts clumping together into "stones". It is believed that an excess of calcium causes kidney stones, but they are technically caused by a body lacking other minerals. The human body requires a diverse group of minerals, in order to be able to utilize calcium properly. If calcium cannot be properly combined with vitamin D-3 and magnesium, due to poor nutrition, then the resultant excess of calcium can bind with other materials to form into kidney stones, or the calcium may line the arterial walls to play a role in coronary artery disease. Various pharmaceuticals and artificial food additives, such as MSG, deplete minerals to make kidney stones, and a variety of other health problems much more likely. This mineral starvation is one reason why people with kidney problems will usually develop heart ailments too. The connection between the two was discovered about 3,000 years ago, by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Modern doctors have not discovered it yet.

Prevention

To prevent kidney stones, people should drink enough water for the urine to run clear, and they should also have a diet that is high in fruits and vegetables. It is not possible to have completely clear urine in the hours following vitamin B supplementation, and excessive vitamin B-6 will cause a neon-green urine. Magnesium is needed to properly utilize calcium. It is found in green leafy vegetables, cashews, almonds, and walnuts. Spinach is especially high in magnesium, and baby spinach is the most nutritious. We recommend against taking magnesium supplements, because excessive magnesium causes other important minerals to be flushed out of the body. Vitamin D is available in some foods and supplements. The vitamin D that is chemically synthesized as a supplement has only partial effectiveness, and it is rejected by some bodies outright. The best food source of vitamin D is baked (not fried) seafood, but avoid fish that is farm raised and imported from God-forsaken countries. A body will also manufacture its own vitamin D with sunlight exposure, and the tanning process additionally helps a body to remove excess cholesterol.

Symptoms of Kidney Stones
  • No symptoms will appear if the stones are extremely small, but the kidneys will not function optimally
  • Sudden, severe pain that gets worse in waves. Stones may cause intense pain in the back, side, abdomen, groin, or genitals
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Blood in the urine, or strange urine colors
  • Inability to find a comfortable position
  • Frequent and painful urination, which usually occurs when a stone lodges in a ureter, but it may also indicate a bladder infection that was caused by the stones

Eliminating Kidney Stones
Some people have managed to pass kidney stones by eating large amounts of watermelon. However, our research has concluded that the popular lemon juice and oil combination is the most effective method. Lemon juice breaks down the stones, while oil provides lubrication to allow the stones to pass.
To perform a lemon and olive oil cleanse, blend 5 ounces of lemon juice with 5 ounces of olive oil. Extra-virgin olive oil is best because it is the healthiest, and it has a thicker consistency than most other food oils. People may wish to add a small amount of honey to improve the taste. Drink the solution as quickly as possible. Do this once in the morning, and once in the late afternoon. Continue this for several days, or until the stone passes. Drink plenty of water throughout this process, including extra lemon juice if possible.
