5 Magical Drinks That Will Make You Full of Energy

These magical drinks will help your body to throw out all the toxins, your immune system will elevate and the condition of your digestive tract will improve. Consume these natural “energy-boosters”, your body will be full of energy!

Apple Energy Drink
You’ll need:
  • 4 organic apples
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 fresh ginger
Preparation: Peel the lemon, apples and ginger. Put all ingredients in the juicer and you’ll get a tasty and energetic beverage. You can also dilute it with water because it is quite strong.
This drink is rich with vitamins A, B and C and helps purifying the liver. It should be considered as a kind of fuel that will help your body to work seamlessly throughout the day.

Lemon and Honey Energy Drink
You’ll need:
  • 1/3 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 1 Quart water
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon baking soda
Mix all of these ingredients together and chill. You can also switch out the water and substitute fruit juice. It’s very good for long walks, bicycling, jogging……anytime you need a little energy.

Cocoa Energy Drink
You’ll need:
  • 1 up milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
Place milk, banana, sugar, and cocoa in blender container. Cover; blend on high speed until well mixed and bananas is pureed. This drink tastes good and will give you a quick burst of energy.

Strawberry Energy Drink
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder
  • 2 long peach halves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
Place all of the ingredients except ice cubes in blender container. Cover; blend on high speed until fruit is pureed. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend on high speed until ice is finely chopped.

Ginseng and Lemon Energy Drink
You’ll need:
  • 4 small gingko or ginseng tea bags
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 large or 2 small herbal tea bags
In a medium pitcher, brew all the tea bags in 1 quart of water. Add the lemon juice to a large pitcher. Add the sugar and the remaining water and mix well. Pour the tea into the lemonade mix and stir. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
